 William J. Subash
William J. Subash became a committed follower of Jesus Christ in 1983. After a brief career in tea and coffee plantation, Subash decided to use the rest of his life to teach and preach the Bible-truth. Currently, Subash gives leadership to the Crossroad Church, serves as a professor of New Testament and Pastoral studies at the South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies, and also as an Assistant Professor of New Testament Studies at Liberty University. Subash and his wife, Alice, have two grown up children, Jonathan and Judith. In his free time, Subash loves to play golf and read classical literature.
 Benjamin Stephen
Benjamin Stephen worked for eleven years in the Biotech sector, with companies such as Biocon, Reliance Life Sciences and Biological E. Ltd. He is currently pursuing theological studies at the South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies with a desire to equip Christians in the corporate world to be effective witnesses for the Gospel. Benjamin and his wife, Rashmi, have a son, Gabriel. In his spare time, Benjamin loves to swim, play cricket, listen to music and play the guitar.
 John Manuel
John Manuel began his career as a web designer in the corporate world. Having worked with Daily Bread Communications and eStudio Garage, John later decided to serve God through the Church and thereafter interned at the Baptist English Church. After receiving formal theological training at the South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies, John became part of the Crossroad Church to serve as their Executive Assistant and Media & Communications in charge. In his leisure time, John loves playing cricket, listening to music, reading books and going on road trips.
 Tia Aier
Tia Aier is a teaching faculty both at Tabernacle Baptist Bible College and South India Faith Baptist Bible College. A graduate of Baptist Bible College, Kerala, and Berean Baptist Bible College, Bangalore, for the past twelve years Tia has been involved with equipping students theologically. Currently, Tia serves the Crossroad Church as its worship leader. Both Tia and his wife, Lanuienla, come from the state of Nagaland. As the Worship Leader at Crossroad Bangalore, Tia contributes energy and a powerful voice vital to facilitating worship. He loves singing, reading, and traveling.
