Missions
One of our core values is to be on the Great Commission (Matt 28:19-20) through church planting. While we encourage and equip individuals who are called for career mission work, we emphasize every believer to be missional, i.e., every individual is a carrier of the Great Commission. We have local and national mission initiatives—our missionaries work in the city of Bangalore and around south Asia. Our mission efforts include church planting in south Asia, mercy initiatives, pastoral training, and people group outreach. Our desire is to be “a church for the city; a church for the nation” (cf. Matt 5:14).
Pastor Benjamin Stephen
South Bangalore, India
The Crossroad Church and the elders commissioned Benjamin and Rashmi by the end of May 2017 and launched “Crossroad South.” Benjamin and Rashmi have two children: Gabriel and Jessica.
Pastor Jerome Christopher
East Bangalore, India`
In May of 2019, Jerome Christopher was commissioned to plant a church in the eastern part of Bangalore. He is married to Priscilla and they have three daughters, Deborah, Daniella and Delisha.
Pastor Solomon Pani
Whitefield, Bangalore, India
Solomon Pani seeks to pioneer a Hindi church in the Whitefield area of Bangalore and was commissioned in September 2020. Solomon is married to Dipanjali, and they have two sons, Shalom and Shubham.
Pastor Navin Thomas
New Delhi, India
The Crossroad Church prayed over Pastor Navin Thomas and commissioned him for this church plant in October 2017. Navin and his wife Blessy have three kids: Asher, Karen and Suzanne.
Pastor Dalbir Singh
Chandigarh, India
Pastor Dalbir Singh is engaged in church planting as well as offering training to the pastors, local evangelists, and church elders both locally in the city and in other parts of Punjab. Dalbir and his wife, Kim have with two children.
Pastor Narayan Lamichhane
Kathmandu, Nepal
Narayan Lamichhane is pastoring “Krushko Sandesh Mandali.” Narayan and his wife, Isha, have two children.
Pastor Tia Aier
Mokokchung, Nagaland, India
In 2020, Pastor Tia Aier and his family accepted the call of God to be a church planter in Mokokchung, Nagaland. Being commissioned by The Crossroad Church Bangalore, they have relocated to Mokokchung for the same.
Pastor Jackson Walter
Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Born and raised in the city of Bangalore, Karnataka, Jackson David Walter became a follower of Jesus Christ at the age of twenty-one. Jackson has worked in the corporate sector for over 14 years with MNC’s like Dell, HP, and ITC InfoTech. After God put a burden on his heart for the state of Karnataka, Jackson decided to spend the rest of his life to preach about Jesus and his life-transforming message of God, which is popularly known as “the Gospel.” Since then, he has been involved in church planting ministry. Jackson serves as the Lead Pastor of the Hosamarga Kannada church, Bangalore. He holds a Diploma in Theology from Spirit Life Bible College and a Masters in Christian Studies from the University of Madras.
